生物组织显微结构计算机三维重建技术——双眼立体图对法
STUDIES ON A TECHNIQUE OF COMPUTER FOR THREE DIMENSIONAL RECONSTRUCTION OF BIOLOGICAL MICROSCOPIC STRUCTURE-BASED ON THE BINOCULAR STEREOSCOPIC APPROACH
【摘要】 本文叙述由微计算机组成的一个生物显微结构三维重建系统,由该系统实现了一个神经核团的三维重建。对图形的对准、采样得到的轮廓数据的平滑处理以及显微结构实际高度的精确表达也作了详细介绍。
【Abstract】 ABSTRACTWe have developed a microcomputer system for three-dimensional reconstruction of biological microscopic structure and have realized a three-dimensional reconstruction of a neural nucleus. The technique was based on the principle of binocular stereopsis. In this paper the technique especially three main problems ( the figure alignment, the data smoothing and the representation of the real depth of a structure ) were described.
