【摘要】 本文采用光弹贴片法对完全固定桥与半固定桥基牙牙槽骨表面的应力分布进行了比较分析，结果表明两种桥的应力分布图基本相同。应力集中的部位都是支持骨最薄弱的部位。同时也证明栓道式活动关节式的半固定桥，对垂直(牙合)力并未显示“应力中断”的作用，亦即这种栓道式活动关节仍可传递在垂直方向上颊后轴面面内的力矩。此种栓道式活动关节只在一个方向上可以活动，即就位道的反方向，而经粘固后，其活动是非常有限的。通过本试验研究，可知应用光弹贴片法来直接测量牙槽骨表面应力分布是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 ABSTRACTStress distribution on the surface of alveolar bone of the abutments in two different kinds of fixed bridges ( rigid and non-rigid ) was tested with phoeoelastic coatings method.Results indicate that both patterns of stress distribution are almost the same, the most concentrated part of the stress was located at the thinnest part of the supporting bone.更多还原
