血细胞压积和血浆成分对血液粘度和血液电阻率的影响及其理论探讨

【摘要】 本文介绍了血细胞压积Hct、纤维蛋白原容积F和血清大蛋白分子(分子量>50,000)容积P对血液比粘度η和血液电阻率ρ的影响所进行的实验,并提出了解释本文实验结果的关系式(dη)/η=β1d(Hct)+β2d(P)+β3(F)。 在进而提出了关系式β1d(Hct)+β2d(P)+β3(F)=K’(dρ)/ρ之后,即可导出与王鸿儒等人的“血液粘度与血液电阻率之间的经验公式η=2.105ρ+0.213”相同形式的函数关系。作为本文提出关系式的特例,即血浆成分正常时的关系式,与Fukuoka等人的血液电阻率与血细胞压积之间的经验公式ρ=65.8cxp(0.0171Hct),以及其他人的同类经验公式形式一致。 上面提出的关系式是一种近似的形式。当α=7/5时,即得出较为普遍的形式,(dη)/η7/5=β1d(Hct)+β2d(P)+β2(F),它与建立在Roscoe公式和Taylor公式基础上的Dintenfass血粘度公式η=(1-kCT)-2.5在形式上一致。 上述各点表明了本文所作的解释是正确的。

【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>On the basis of experimental and theoretical studies on the influence ofhematocrit (Hct ), volume percentage of firbinogen (F ) and volutne percenta-ge of serum molecular weight>50,000 (P ) on blood viscosity and blood resis-tivity, an equationdη/η=B1d (Het)+β2d (P) +β3d (F)dη/η=β1d (Het )+β2d (P ) +β3d (F )was set up, with which the experimental results in this paper would becxplained.Next. another equation β1d (Hct ) +β2d (P ) +β2d (F)=K’uρ/ρ brou-ght up, from which the regression equation about the relation between bloodviscosity and blood resistiyity by Wang Hong-Ru et al would be derived.Inspecial cases. i. e. if the plasma composition is normal, the equation coincideswith the regression equation betxtween ρ and Hct brought up by Fukuoka et aland other authors.The above equation brought up in this paper are in approximate form. puta=7/5, the general form may be derived as follows,dη/η7/5=β1d (Het)+β2d (P ) +β3d (F )which coincides with the blood viscosity equation of Dintenfassη= (1-kcT)-2.5the latter being based on equation is thus made clear.
