激光准弹性散射测定血小板电泳率
ELECTROPHORETIC DETERMINATION OF PLATELET MOBILITY WITH QUASI-ELASTIC LASER SCATTERING
【摘要】 利用自己组合的广角交叉束准弹性光散射系统,镶有铂-镀铂电极的电泳池,和双极性电场发生器,得到了正常人血小板和ITP(Idiopathic Trombocytopenic Purpura)病人血小板准弹性激光散射信号,经计算机作数字自相关和快速付里叶(F.F.T)变换后,测定了血小板散射光信号的功率谱密度,从而获得样品的亚群分布和它们的电泳迁移率(EPM)。健康人血小板电泳率较患者的电泳率约高百分之二十左右。
【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>With a wide-angle and cifossed beam laser scattering configuration, a sp-ecially designed electrophoretic scattering cell having Pt-Pt electrodes and aduaipoJari zation pulsating electric field generator, quasi-elastic laser scatt-ering signals of normal platelets and platelets of ITP* patients were obtained.By computatio of digical auto-correlation and fast Fourier transformation (F.F. T), then Doppler shifted spectrum and electrophoretic mobilities of the abovesignals were precisely determined,the meaningful result is that the mobilities ofblood platelet of the patients are about 20 percent lower than those of healthysubjects.* Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
