茶毛虫核型多角体病毒安全性试验
SAFETY TESTS ON EUPROCTIS PSEUDOCONSPERSA NUCLEAR POLYHYDROSIS VIRUS
【摘要】 茶毛虫核型多角体病毒对茶毛虫的防治效果达70—80%。安全性试验结果表明:大鼠经口一次、多次和长期喂饲,经呼吸道吸入;豚鼠和家兔经皮、眼粘膜接种,均未引起异常表现,各项生理、生化指标正常,未见病理致变及EPNPV侵染。大鼠生殖试验F0及F1代鼠受孕率、活产率、哺育成活率等指标均正常,未引起畸胎;F1代鼠生长良好。EPNPV对小鼠未见显性致死效应。上述结果表明,EPNPV对实验动物是安全的。
【Abstract】 Euproctis pseudoconspersa Nuclear Polyhydrosis Virus (EPNPV) , a new insect virus isolated by the Institute of Tea, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, had a control effect of 70-80% on the target host. Safety tests were performed for production and application of EPNPV. The results showed that animals exposed to EPNPV had no symptoms and sights of intoxication either by single, multiple, or long-term ingestion, inhalation (in rats) , dermal and eye mucosa contact (in rabbits and guinea-pigs) . Laboratory tests on the physiology, biochemistry and pathology of the test animals were normal and there were no pathological changes or symptoms of virus infection under electron microscope.Guinea-pigs did not show any sign of hypersensitivity to EPNPV. Reproduction studies with rats indicated that F1 progeny had normal ratio in pregnency, viability and lactation. No teratogenic effects were noted and F1 developed normally. EPNPV did not induce either dominant lethal mutation in mice nor marrow chromosome aberration frequency increase in rats.
