北京鸭Z-1系及其杂交鸭肉用性能测定
Performanece of ONE improved strain of Pekin Duck
【摘要】 <正> 我国是北京鸭的原产地,但目前的生产性能与国外先进水平相比尚有不小的差距,一般专业鸭场生产2.5公斤以上的填鸭需要60天左右的时间,耗料比3.5-4.0公斤。不用强制肥育技术则差距更大。例如,北京市圆明园鸭场和北京市畜牧兽医站在1981年初用相同的饲料和环境对澳大利亚狄高商品肉鸭、狄高鸭在广东佛山繁殖的后代、丹麦系肉鸭
【Abstract】 The performances of two improved strains of Pekin ducks Z-1 and Z 2, and their hybrids were compared with the local unimproved ducks. The viability nf percentages of Z-1, Z-2 and Z-2×Z-1 lucks compared with the control at 7 weeks of age were 96.7, 93.8, 95.9 vs 97.7% respectively (P>0.05); and their average body weights were 2998, 3159, 3095 vs 2378 g respectively (P<0.01), being 26%, 33% and 30% higher than that of the control group. Accumulative feed efficiencies of 7 weeks were 3.22, 3.27, 3.04 vs 3.24 respectively. The dressing weight percentage of crossducks was higher than that of the control group (87.8 vs 85.8%, P<0.05), and so was the percentage weight of fat plus skin (30.5% vs 28.7%, P<0.05). The ditterence of the percentage weight of breast plus leg muscles between these two groups was not significant (22.3 vs 21.8 P>0.05).
