水稻品种小青抗三化螟害的研究
STUDIES ON THE RESISTANCE TO YELLOW STEM RICE BORER OF RICE CV.XIAOQING
【摘要】 <正> 关于水稻品种抗螟害的研究,国外早在五十年代日本的石井、平野(Ishii andHirano,1959)等[3]通过生化分析,证明了蛋白质含量高、碳水化合物含量低有利二化螟幼虫的生长发育。随后(1962年)证明从稻株中分离出的苯甲酸和水杨酸对二化螟的生长发育有抑制作用。日本学者宗象(Manakata,1959)从稻叶吐水中分离出一种引诱二化螟的化合物——稻酮(oryzanone)。硅酸(二氧化硅)一直被认为是抗二化螟害的重要因素(笹本馨1958,Pathak 等1967)。对水稻抗三化螟害的研究,虽然印度、泰
【Abstract】 By comparison of the expressions of Xiaoqing and other varieties in resistingTryporvza incertulas(Walker)in the field and plot experiments from 1982 to 1984,itwas proved that the degree of damage caused by the borer to Xiaoqing was slightlylighter than to the local conventional rice Guichao.Morphological anatomy andbiochemical analysis of the rice plant showed a similarity of Xianqing to W1263,whichis an international standard species in the resistance to stemborers.It further showedthat the resistnace of Xiaoqing to borer mainly due to its plant morphological andanatomical characteristics.
