【Abstract】 The main programmes for analysing amino acids with Beckman Amino Acid Analyzer 121 MB are modified in order to meet our own working condition and the needs of using home-made reagents without installing a deammoniation column or changing the column temperature, This improvement not only shortens the time needed for analysis, but also preserves the accuracy of the instrument. The 126 data system was fully utilized for the simplification of data processing.Several parameters and factors that may influence hydrolysate preparations were also studied, so that the pretreatment for lysine analysis was simplified and the working efficiency was enhanced.更多还原
