【Abstract】 It has been known that the anobolism of DNA would descend asthe cells were in the rest or inhibitery stage of cell circle.It wouldascend,however,when the cells were in the multiplicative stage,cancer cells grow and multiply rapidly,it’s DNA synthesis is muchhigher than normal cells.This paper will report our experience on the treatment of ano-rectal carcinoma with cryosurgery.The changes of DNA content in thecarcinoma cells can be detected with a special method.It has beenshown through the experiment that cryosurgery has a inhibitory effecton the multiplication of the cancer cells and the occurrence of immunereaction to the cryosurgery.更多还原
