微生物产生的酶抑制剂研究——Ⅴ.产生淀粉酶抑制剂的链霉菌属的一个新变种

【摘要】 链霉菌82-2-35菌株是从福建永春土壤中分离得到的,能产生α-淀粉酶抑制剂。孢子链呈螺旋形,孢子表面光滑,无可溶性色素,气生菌丝体呈灰白、基内菌丝体在高氏培养基上呈暗蓝色、在无机盐淀粉培养基上呈风信紫。在培养特征和生理生化特性上与S.coelicoflavus相比有一定差别,命名为天蓝黄链霉菌永春变种(S.coelicoflavus.var yongchunensisn.var.Liu,1984.)

【Abstract】 A strain of streptomyces 82-2-35 was isolated from soil samptes collecled from Yongchun, Fujian, China. It was found to produce amylase inhibitor. Its spore chains are spiral. The surface of spore is smooth. The aerial mycelium is white gray. The substrate mycelium is dark blue on Gauze medium or hyacinth vielet on inorganic salts starch agar, and no soluble pigment. On the basis of its culture characteristics and physiological properties, it shows different from S. coelicoflavus. This variant species of genus streptomyces cyaneus was named 5. coelicoflavus var. yongchunen-sis n. var, Liu. 1984.
