【Abstract】 Micromonospora inyoensis var.dengjiang-ensis produces antibiotic Tl25 complex in which the major component is designated as antibiotic T125-I. The IR,FAB MS,EI MS, ’H-NMR, as well as 13C-NMR of antibioticT125-I are identical with authentic Sisomi-cin sample, and therefore it is concluded that antibiotic T125-I and Sisomicin are same compounds.更多还原
