【Abstract】 Ventricular fibrillation threshold (VFT) in the isolated perfused rat Reart Was measured by a train of pulses stimulating the heart during T Wave of the ECG. When the calcium conoentration in the perfusate was increased by twice that of the control or decreased to half that of the control, the VFT reduced by 47.1％ and 41.4％ respectively. When high concentration glucose was added into the high calcium or low calcium Rerfusate, the reduced VFT could return and approach to the normal value. This protective effect of glucose may result from its ability to clear accumulated intracellular Acetyl Coenzyme A and to promote the Production of intracellular energy substances.更多还原
