【摘要】 作者利用开颅减压手术去掉的新鲜骨瓣和干燥的颅骨标本,观察了颅骨的构筑和血管分布状况。从力学和仿生学角度,对颅骨的强度和刚度做了讨论。另外,见到颅骨中的哈氏系统呈丝瓜络状,与股骨、肋骨等骨大不相同,并见到走行于颅骨中的微血管除供应内,外板的血液外,还供应骨小梁,部分微血管可直接开口于板障静脉。结合上述情况讨论了骨髓炎的感染途径和术中颅骨出血的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Having collected fresh bone flaps removed during decompressive operation and dried skull bone specimens, the author observed the structure of the skull bodes and their vascular distribution.In this article, the author discussed the strength and rigidity of the skull bones from the view of mechanics and bionics. The author found that Haversian system of the skull bones is like a vegetable Sponge and very different from the vascular system in the femur and rib bony. The microvascular vessels running in the skull bones not only supplied the inner and outer tablets of the skull bones, but also rupplied bony trabecula: part of the microvascular vessels may directly have their openings in diploicae venae. In light of the above conditions, the author discussed the infectious tract of osteomelitis as well as causes of hemorrhage of skull bones during operatinon.更多还原
