【Abstract】 A procedure for the extraction and purification of cytochrome b₅ reductase frompig liver was described.The results of purification by using two kinds of columnschromatography with DE₅₂-cellulose and Ca₁₀（PO₄）₆（OH）₂ were compared.From theabsorption spectra of enzyme solution and the concentration gradient electrophoresisof polyacrylamide,it was shown that the refined enzyme was rather pure.From 1kg of pig liver,9.2 mg of refined enzyme was obtained with an activity of 22unit/mg.更多还原
