【Abstract】 This paper describes the separation of deoxyribonucleosides from enzymic hydro-lysate of chicken thymus DNA by direct cation exchange resin chromatography.Thethymus DNA was treated with nuclease P1(Penicillium citrinum 5’—phosphodieste-rase)and Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase,and column elution was made with 0.1N ammonium borate(pH 9.3).Nucleotides and ribonucleosides from RNA,as wellas deoxyribonucleotides from DNA were hardly retained on the column under theseconditions.Thus,deoxyribonucleosides could be separated from them and also withone another.更多还原
