压榨装置辊筒线压力的计算及有关参数的选定

【摘要】 <正> 按照工艺条件的需要,造纸机中很多辊筒之间要有以一定数值的线压力表示的压力强度。这里,以压榨辊之间线压力的计算及其分析为例,对本文课题进行阐述。 压榨辊之间的线压力q乃是按压榨辊工作面宽度(即辊面幅宽)来计算的辊间相互作用力。通过两压辊之间的纸幅,其单位宽度上即受到此力的压榨。

【Abstract】 A mathematical expression, based on analytical mechanics, has been derived for the calculation of the lineal pressure on press rolls of paper machines. Lineal pressure is thus related to the eccentric angle r and the orientational angle (3 of the last lever arm. Such an expression will be useful both for the operation and design of the press part. The following conclusions are being drawn:1.By varying the sum of p + Y in the range of over 90° for press part operation, lineal pressure increases with any increase in angle r.On the other hand, by varying P + Y within the range under 90°, lineal pressure decreases with increases in angle r.Evidently, lineal pressure on press rolls is not related in a simple way to the eccentricity between the rolls.2. A look into the curve groupings drawn from the functional expressions of lineal pressures, reveals that when the orientational angle P of the last lever arm is between75° to 85°, the slope of the curve is rather moderate. In such a case, lineal pressure will not be appreciably increased with changes in the eccentricity of the press rolls. It is concluded, therefore, angle P should not be chosen within the range of75° to 85°.
