【Abstract】 The effects of electro-acupuncture of ipsilateral"Huan tiao","Ting hui",Zu sanli",coutralateral"Huantiao"and"Ren zhong" Points on the noeicep-tive responses of spinal dorsal horn neurous to stimu-lation of the sural nerve were compared in the rat.It was found that the inhibitory effect of nee-dling ipsilateral"Huan tiao"and"Ren zhong"Po-ints on the nociceptive responses was more signific- ant than that of needling other points tested.Theinhibitory effect of electro-acupuncture at"Huantiao"of the Gall Bladder Channel of foot-shaoyangwas similar to that produced by direct stimulationof the sural nerve with the same Parameter as thatof electro-acupuncture.These results suggest that there is a relativespecificity among acupoints in analgesia or treatmentof diseases.The sciatic nerve including the afferentfibers from pain source may be the main structuretransmiting signals arising from needling"Huantiao"Points.There might be a close relationshipbetween the innervation and the relative specificityof acupoints.更多还原
