【Abstract】 Oral manipulations in certain dental or ENTpatients induced serious nausea reaction whichhin dered proper examination and/or treatment.In a total of 44 patients,three different measureswere undertaken to ameliorate nausea reaction asgraded by 4 point system:(1)finger-pressing ofHoku point for 10 min(15 cases),(2)dicain spray3 times within 10 min(13cases),and(3)repeatedexamination every 10 min for 50 min(16 cases).Finger-pressing of Koku was proved to be the mosteffective method for controlling nausea reaction ascompared with dicain spray and repeated training.The mecaanism of its action remains to be elucida-ted.更多还原
