【Abstract】 We compared the EAET ER and nylon wool filtration technique for Tcell isolation from human peripheral blood. Experiments were repeated eighttimes using the peripheral blood from eight different donors. The result showsthat the EAET technique is the method of choice. By using this method,the T cell recovery rate was 55. 8%±11. 03 and a purity of 94.25%±1. 75was achieved. While the recovery rate and purity of the other methodswere 34. 93%±12. 95, 87. 65%±5. 57 and 29. 98%±9. 54, 86. 0%±3. 42 respectively.The differences are statistically significant. The yield of T cells obtainedby the EAET technique is enough for antigen extraction.更多还原
