【摘要】 本文报告了五只健康成熟雌性Tupaia Belangeri(称简TB)一昼夜内直肠及口腔温的正常值及其变动范围。结论:TB的直肠温度与口腔温度之间存在着显著差异;昼夜间的直肠与口腔温度也都各自存在着显著差异;并且直肠与口腔温度都呈现日节律性变动。初步讨论了TB昼夜之间体温差别较大的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the temperature in rectum and oral cavity is measured in 5adult tupaias every 3 hours for 24 hours. The ambient temperature is maintainedat 22-23℃. The rectal temperature (Tr) varies between 35. 3-40.7℃ and themean Tr is 38. 7±0. 4℃. The oral temperature (To) varies between 32. 1-38. 9℃ and the mean To is 36.4±0.4℃. During the day Tr varies between37. 8-40. 7℃ with a mean of 39. 4±0. 4℃ whereas To varies between 34. 4- 38. 9℃ with a mean of 37.0±0. 8℃. During the night Tr varies between35. 1-40. 1℃ (mean 38. 1±0. 6℃) and To varies between 32. 1-38. 7℃ (mean35. 7±1. 6℃). We heve concluded that in Tupaia belangeri the temperatureof rectum differs significatly from that of oral cavity and both show asignificant difference between day and night, thus both exhibit a diurnalrhythm.更多还原
