【摘要】 本文报道4例恶性黑色素瘤,其中3例为甲下肢端雀斑样黑色素瘤,1例为无色素性黑色素瘤。在光镜观察基础上做了电镜观察。黑素小体一般为0.5～0.8μ,并有巨大黑素小体(1.06×0.7μ)、黑素小体复合体;例2在细胞内发现二个病毒样颗粒呈同心圆形,例4为无色素性恶性黑色素瘤(AMM),于细胞内发现较小的黑素小体,数量亦少。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports four cases of malignant melanoma, three of which are subunguel acral lentiginous melanoma and one is amelanotic malignant melanoma. On the basis of light microscope observation, electron microscope observation was performed. There were melanosomes, usually 0.3-0.8μ in size, giant melanosomes (1.06×0.7μ) and melanosome complex. In cases Ⅱ, two viral particle Were found in the cell with the shape of a concentric cicle. In cases Ⅳ with AMM, smaller melanosomes which were minimal in amount, were found in the cell.更多还原
