【Abstract】 We reported the examination of Lupus erythematosus by meats of direct immunofluoresent techniques.It was found that of the 10 cases of SLE, 9(90%) were LBT rositive and the 8 cases of DLE, 7(87.5%) were LBT rositive.It may be corcluded that LBT is very sensitive and highly specific and is therefore of great value in the diagnosis of lupus erythematosus.更多还原
