【摘要】 本文以粒系祖细胞为对象而进行集落刺激因子的探讨。粒系祖细胞在增殖与分化形成集落的过程中,必须在集落刺激因子存在的条件下方能实现。集落剌激因子的本质未明,只知是一种糖蛋白,它不同于营养物质,存在微量即有作用,对造血细胞有特异的作用,广泛存在于机体的组织和体液中。研究集落刺激因子对造血细胞增殖与分化的调控有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Haematopoietic Stem Cells-HSC need suitable environment, nutritive and intructive materiabls during their multiplication. CSF is necessary meteral for CFU-C to diffrentiate to nucleo-macrophage. It has specific high molecule structure which has specific action on the differention of CFU-C. CSF exists everywhere in the human body, e. g. in organs, tissues and body fluid. The authur of this paper first confirmed its activity in human amniotic fluid. To obtain CSF from human body uptodate there are 2 metheds: 1, culture; 2, separation. This article studied the two methcds, thier procedure, activity ditermination and their results.更多还原
