甜菜叶器官解剖结构的研究

【摘要】 <正>甜菜在营养生长阶段,就已形成肥大直根。此现象除因块根具有三生结构外,与生育期中叶丛的繁茂亦有关系。特别是与根出叶的关系更为密切。本文报导了甜菜叶器官的解剖结构及发展与分化的规律,为深入开展甜菜各方面的研究工作从植物解剖学角度提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Thepresent paper deals mainly with the anatomical structure of the phyllomes in sugar beet. The anatomical features of the root-leaf are similar to those of the stem-leaf and both are more complex than the cotyledons and the bracteal leaf. In addition, there exist variations in the shape of the midrib and the petiole, the number of the vascular bundles and the structural differentiation of the mesophyll 1rom the base to the tip of one single root-leaf.We found that there was a correlation between the development ofthe cotyledons and the young root-leaf and the formation of the primary, secondary and tertiary structure of the hypocotyl in sugar beet. On about the 10th-11th days after the cotyledons had been elevated above the soil, when the third foliage leaf was about 1cm in length, the first root ring, of the tertiary vascular tissue appeared.
