外加呼吸阻力容许水平的测定

【摘要】 以56名健康男性青年为实验对象,测定了轻度体力负荷下适用的呼吸防护装备(RPD)外加呼吸阻力容许水平。结果表明:呼吸时口腔压力最大波动幅度(P)、单位通气量所增加的呼吸功(W/L)是与外加呼吸阻力主、客观影响密切相关的因素,二者均可作为呼吸阻力标准的客观生理指标,但P更为实用。还应用概率单位分析方法预测出:如由于RPD外加阻力引起的P不超过7.5cmH2O,则90%以上的使用者将不会产生呼吸不适感。与文献报道的各种阻力标准比较,本文所提的容许水平适于轻度体力负荷条件下采用,并较为严格。本文采用的实验方法可供制订各类RPD阻力标准时参考。

【Abstract】 The acceptable levels for added respiratory resistance of respiratory protective device(RPD) were determined in 56 healthy young men under light physical loading conditions. The results showed that the maximal oral pressure swing()during a respiratory cycle and the extra respiratory work per unit ventilatiort (W/L) were highly correlated with both subjective and objective effects of added respiratory resistance. It is suggested that both  and W/L may be selected as an objective physiological index for establishment of breathing resistance standard,but is more applicablethan W/L. Probit analysis indicates that 90% of a po pulation breathing through RPD will experience no discomfort, if the across the device(RPD) does not exceed 7.5cmH2O in light physical lo ading condition. The acceptable level suggested is relatively stringent as compared with those reported previously,and is suited to light physicalloading condition.
