女子足球运动员比赛时心率和赛后血乳酸浓度的研究

【摘要】 在比赛条件下观察了12名女子足球运动员的心率和血乳酸的变化。上、下半场比赛时,心率在170次/分以上者分别占总记录次数的20.8%和13.0%,心率小于150次/分者则分别为37.5%和48.2%。上、下半场赛后血乳酸分别为33.9±8.29mg%和21.64±6.96mg%(P<O·001)。心率和血乳酸均呈中等程度升高并有一个较大的波动范围,说明足球比赛时主要靠有氧代谢和非乳酸性无氧代谢供能。而下半场心率和血乳酸下降,则与运动员的奔跑能力下降和训练水平低有关。

【Abstract】 The changes of heart rate (HR) and blood lactic acid ( BLA ) of twelve female footballers were observed during the games. The HR was obtained by the HR telemetry. The HR of the first and second half in games were 157.7 ± 15.0 and 152.4 ± 16.6 beats/min ( P<0.00l ) respectively. During the first and second half games, the HR above 170 beats/min were 20.8%, 13.0% and less than 150 beats/min were 37,5%, 48.2% of total measurements of HR respectively. The BLA of the first and second half of games were 33,9 ± 8.29mg% and 21.64±6.96mg% (P<0.001) respectively. The moderate rises and the wide fluctuating range of HR in games and low level of BLA after games explained that the energy utilization of female footballers in the football games depends mainly on the aerobic and alactic acid anaerobic metabolism. The decreases of HR and BLA in the second half games suggested the poor physical fitness and low training state of subjects.
