转子动平衡最优化法

【摘要】 本文提出了一种新的转子动平衡方法——转子动平衡最优化法。它是以影响系数平衡原理为基础,运用多目标最优化法理论,求出一组平衡精度高、平衡重量小、平衡面少的目标优化平衡方案。并将目前采用的三种影响系数解法,在新的概念上统一为一个解法。 本文导出和分析了剩余振动的实测值与计算值的测算误差公式,指出了提高平衡精度和测算精度的主要途径。 该法在软支承动平衡机和模拟300兆瓦发电机组动平衡试验台上进行了实验和计算,并已应用于100兆瓦汽轮发电机组轴系和200兆瓦发电机转子的现场动平衡。在平衡精度和测算精度的提高,减少重复性的测试和计算,减少启动次数,节省平衡时间等方面都取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a new method for balancing rotors based on the principle of influencing coefficient balance and the theory of multi-objective optimization balancing method. This paper describes a multi-objective optimization scheme, the advantages of which are high accuracy, smaller balancing weight and less balancing planes.This paper consists of five parts:Ⅰ. The paper sums up application and limitation of the available influncing coefficient method.Ⅱ. The paper sets up a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization for raising rotor balancing accuracy, measuring accuracy and calculating accuracy under present test conditions(eqn 1). And it also presents the main equation and methods, with which the model can be changed into non-linear programming problem and solved (eqn 2).Ⅲ. The paper presents an influence coefficient calculating equation in order to raise coefficient calculating accuracy under the condition of test weight (eqs 5 &6).Ⅳ. In this paper the error equation for measured value and calculating value in resi- dual vibration is deduced and analysed (eqs 7 to 12). It points out that decreasing test error, properly reducing balancing weight and balancing planes as well as selecting proper positions for vibration measurement are the main factors.Ⅴ. This method has been tested and calculated simulating 300MW turbo-generating set. This method has been applied to the shafting field balancing of a 100MW turbo-generating set and a 200MW generator rotor (Tables 1 to 5).Theoretical analyses and the results of experiments show that the method is good in raising balancing and calculating accuracy, reducing repeated tests and calculations, de-creasing the times of starting and shorting balancing time etc.
