电力系统状态估计的可观测性误差可检测性、可辨识性

【摘要】 本文给出了电力系统静态状态估计的可观测性,误差可检测性、误差可辨识性的理论分析。并给出了相应的图论算法。

【Abstract】 The observability of state estimation in power system, as well as the error-detectability and the identificability are analyzed. It is proved that in the investigation of the linear dependency of the row vectors of the observation matrix, "the effect of the parameters of the system can be disregarded. Therefore, the observation matrix can be put in a form which depends upon the topological construction of the power system and the metering placement used in the estimation only, and is called incident observation matrix in this pa-per. A measurement graph, which is in one to one correspondence with the incident observation matrix, is introduced. A mixed tree in the graph corresponds to a set of inde-pendent measurements necessary to make the system observable, while the dependency of the links of the tree corresponds to the linear dependency of the redundant measurements -of the system,.from which the error-detectability and identificability can be derived. Therefore, all these three important properties of state estimation can be determined through a unified graph theoretic approach. Corresponding algorithms are described also.
