正常人门静脉血流量的超声脉冲多普勒测定
Pulsed Doppler Ultrasound for Measuring Volumetric Flow in the Normal Human Portal Vein
【摘要】 应用超声脉冲多普勒显像仪,实现了在生理条件下,非创伤性的测定门静脉的血流量,这对了解肝脏的功能和肝硬化的早期诊断十分重要。 超声脉冲多普勒测定60例正常成人,男女各半。门静脉截面积为1.31±0.52cm~2;门静脉的血流速度为20.8±5.41cm/秒;门静脉的血流量为909.58±299.81ml/分。男女组间门静脉截面积和门静脉血流量有显著差异;每平方米体表面积门静脉血流量无显著差异。
【Abstract】 Noninvasive measurement of portal vein volumetric flow under physiological condition by using pulsed doppler ultraso-nograph was practically performed. This is very important for understanding liver function and early diagnosis of cirrhosis of liver.portal veins of 60 normal persons were measured. Cross-sectional area of portal vein is 1.31±0.52cm2. Flow velocity of portal vein is 20.8±54.1cm/sec. Volumetric flow of portal vein is 909.58ml ±299.81ml/min. There were 30 persons in the male group and 30 persons in the female group. There are significant differences in cross-sectional area and volumetric flow between the two groups. There are no significant differences in the volumetric flow of portal vein per square meter body surface between healthy males and females.
