【Abstract】 Uetrasound guided percutaneous transhepatic cholang-iography was successedg in 8 of 9 cases with obstructive jaundice. The needle is guided by a real-time ultrasound eguipment (ATL Mark 300) and it is introduced into the bile duct through a groove iu the needl eguide unit.The passage of the needle though the tissues can then be seen in the monitor. The authors believe that this technigue bas certain value for diagnosing the etiology of obstructive jaundice.更多还原
