硒对贫硒地区人群细胞免疫功能影响的研究

【摘要】 <正> 晚近,硒的生物化学功能的研究得到迅速进展。补硒预防克山病的大面积推广,为把硒列入人体必需微量元素提供了具有说服力的依据。然而,硒预防克山病发病的作用机制尚未完全清楚,一些可能的证据亦多属推论。为弄清硒对人体的免疫刺激作用,我们于1980、1982、1983年分别对四川冕宁县境内沿相同水系分布的克山病病区,按其地理位置分

【Abstract】 Investigations of cell-mediatedimmunity (CMI) of children bef-ore and after 3 months of selenium(Se) supplementation (sodiumselenite,1—5 year-old 0.5 mg/week,6—9 year-old 1.0 mg/we-ek) were conducted in 5 Keshandisease endemic communes of Mian-ning county,Sichuan province.Af-ter Se supplementation,the diame-ter of erythema of PHA skin testwas increased from 11.2±0.7mm to14.6±0.6mm and that of OT skintest was from 1.3±0.3mm to 3.1±0.4mm,and the percentage of er-ythrocyte rosette forming cells (E-RFC) was increased from 33.7±1.29% to 41.06±1.77%.In the mea-ntime,hair Se content was incre-ased from 0.07752±0.0126 ppm to0.2007±0.0108 ppm.All the chan-ges cited above were statisticallysignificant.No signifieant chancewas found in the control group af-ter 3 months.The results observed by usingthe same parameters in other twogroups of children,i.e.childrenfrom farmer′s families supplmentedwith Se for 5 years and childrenfrom worker’s families,were thesame as that in children from far-mer’s families after 3 months ofselenium supplementation.The results support the hypot-hesis that Se as an essential traceelement for human enhances theCMI of population in low Se area,and the depression of CMI seems tobe one of the mechanisms in thepathogenesis of Keshan disease.
