克山病病因实验病理学研究Ⅴ——从低硒豚鼠心肌的超微结构变化看硒缺乏在克山病发病中的作用

【摘要】 <正> 在克山病病因学研究中,克山病区水、土粮中硒含量,居民血硒,发硒含量均低于非病区;硒预防急型、亚急型克山病取得了肯定的效果。但对于硒缺乏参与克山病心肌损伤的作用环节及硒预防克山病的作用机制,还不清楚。在前低硒大鼠心肌的形态学研究的基础上,本实验对低硒豚鼠心肌进行了详细的组织学和超微结构研究,以期验证实验的结
【Abstract】 1.The histopathologic alterationin myocardium of se-deficient gui-nea pig was multiple and focal co-agulation necrosis.2.An early ultrastructural alter-ations found in cardiac muscle fib-ers of guinea pig with selenium def-iciency were chiefly involved in m-embranous system.Changes of intercaIated disk and lesions of plasmamembrane in sarcolemma and inT-tubules appeared to be the carile-st and the most prominent.Ac-cording to the biochemical role ofselenium in maintaining membraneintegrity,it is believed that thesechanges may be induced by seleni-um deficiency.3.By a comparative study of an early ultrastructural alterations inthe cardiac cells from hearts of gu-inea pig with selenium deficiencyand of patient witn Keshan disease,it was discovered that there werecomparatively extensive similaritiesbetween the lesions of membranoussystem in the cardiac cells from he-arts of both.We considered thatselenium deficiency appears to beone of a primary factors of memb-ranous injury in myocardium ofpatient with Keshan Disease.
