【摘要】 在胆囊造影过程中需服用脂肪餐以观察胆囊收缩功能和总胆管情况,根据我国实际情况,设计了一种新型的脂肪餐——奶油巧克力,对11名平时饮食习惯进食脂肪含量较高,体型肥胖,体重在80kg以上,无症状的男性健康成年人,以含等量脂肪的奶油巧克力和传统脂肪餐——炒鸡蛋2个,间隔2周作胆道造影自身对照,观察胆囊收缩时间快慢及其收缩功能,所显示胆囊大小,二者无统计学上的差别(P>0.05)。以奶油巧克力作为脂肪餐自1979年以来在临床推广应用的1800多例中,都得到预期的效果,与炒鸡蛋等相比,具有量少,使用方便,无油腻感等优点,易为病人所接受,可以由放射科置备,随时应用,在我国现阶段的使用上有一定的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new fatty meal (milk cnocolate) for cnolecystograpny instead of the traditional one (scrambled eggs) had been studied. It was found that 40 g milk chocolate (containing 16 g fat) could cause contraction of gallbladder effectively. A crossover study was carried in 11 volunteers (body weight over 80 kg) and their diet used to contain high fat. Each person had two times of cholefystography at an interval of two weeks. The contractive effects of the above stated two fatty meals were compared on the same 11 volunteers. The result showed that milk chocolate and scrambled eggs have practically same contractive effects on gallbladder (p>0.05). Thereafter, these new fatty meals were applied to more than 1800 cholecystographies, and in all examinations, the gallbladders contracted successfully. The milk chocolate is delicious and ready-made, therefore it makes the cholecystog-raphy much easier than ever before.更多还原
