苹果幼树越冬生理的研究
STUDIES ON OVERWINTERING PHYSIOLOGY OF YOUNG APPLE TREES
【摘要】 本文通过对两个越冬性强弱不同的苹果品种幼树枝条,在低温锻炼过程中,水分状况、膜磷脂含量及木栓化程度变化的测定,说明在自然低温锻炼过程中,不管越冬性的强弱,苹果幼树枝条的束缚水含量、束缚水/自由水比值、膜磷脂含量及木栓化程度逐渐增高;总水量与自由水含量逐渐降低。并以较多的越冬性强弱不同的苹果品种进行测定,结果表明,越冬性强的品种膜磷脂含量及木栓化程度高,而越冬性弱的品种则膜磷脂含量及木栓化程度低。
【Abstract】 Changes in water status, membrane phqspholipid content and degree of corkification in the one year old shoots of two apple cultivars ’Deli-ciaus’ and’golden Delicious’ with different cold hardiness under natural cold hardening were investigated.It was found that, throughout the pro-cess of natural cold hardening, the bound water content, bound water: free water ratio,membrane phospholipid content and degree of corkifica-tion in young apple shoots gradually increased along with an increase in cold hardiness, but the total water content and free water content grad-ually decreased. These physiological indexes were determined in several other apple cultivars with different degree of hardiness.The results sho-wed that the membrane phospholipid content and degree of corkification in some hardier cultivars were higher, whereas those in the less hardy cultivars were lower. The results also indicated that membrane phospho-lipid content and degree of corkification may be closely correlated with cold hardiness in different apple cultivars.
