【摘要】 研究四种产量不同的番木瓜品种的光合作用及光呼吸速率、叶绿素含量、二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶(RuBP羧化酶)和乙醇酸氧化酶活性。结果表明,产量较高的栽培种有相对高的RuBP羧化酶活性、净光合率、叶绿素含量以及较低的乙醇酸氧化酶活性、低光呼吸速率。产量和光合特性的品种顺序一致,即园艺72>穗中红>园艺78>檀香山。但与产量的差异相比,光合特性的品种差异较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 The photosynthetic parameters were analysed using four Cultivars of papaya. The results indicated that different productivity of these cultiv-ars was associated with their photosynthetic property. The higher net photosynthesis rate, light saturated point of photosynthesis, higher acti-vity of RuBP carboxylase and lower photorespiration rate, photorespir-ation/photosynthesis ratio and activity of glycolate oxidase were presen-ted in three cultivars which showed relatively higher productivity. The order of photosynthetic property was in agreement with that of productivity, but the difference of photosynthetic parameters among the four cultivars was not as large as the difference of productivity.更多还原
