连续纤维单向增强复合单层板弹性特性计算新式
THE NEW FORMULAE FOR PREDICTION OF ELASTIC PROPERTIES OF AN UNIDIRECTIONAL COMPOSITE LAMINA
【摘要】 本文在各向异性弹性力学基础上,采用宏观力学模型,用简单的数学推导出了一组表述连续纤维单向增强复合单层板的弹性特性公式.其优点是E2c和G12c两式的形式对称,结构简单,物理意义明确,便于计算.经过三年的设计试用,证明它具有相当准确度,可供工程设计应用.
【Abstract】 In this paper, a set of formulae decribing the elastic properties of an unidirectional composite lamina are derived based on a macromechanics model, according to theory of anisotropic elasticity. The formula of E2c and C12c are symmetrical in forms and simple on structure. They are easy to calculate and have definite physical meaning. It has been proved that these formulae are quite accurate ard can be used in engineering design of composite materials.
