【Abstract】 High qualisy D(?)qu liquor irradiated by several kinds of laser is described in this pa-per.With spectroscopic,chromatographic and conventional analyses it proved that helpful compone-nts of the liquor are increased and harmful components decreased.The quality of the laser-irradiatedliquor,determined by taste with thesensory organ,is comparable to that of the old mellow liquorwhich had been naturally stored for half a year.更多还原
