【摘要】 忽略管内原油的自然对流,忽略沿管长上油温的变化,作者应用有限元素法求解得出二维不稳定导热温降规律。又应用相似概念求得输油管停输后,管内原油的温度与t₀、t_∞ 、a、U、λ、a、r等物理量有关的影响因素的准数关联式。根据输油管停输工况结合实例,推导并绘制出实用的温降规律图,以供工程上应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the natural heat convection of the oil in pipelines and the heat changes along the leagth of pipelines are negligible, the heat transfer of the crude oil in pipelines is a two-dimensional unstable heat conduction .Based on similitude principle, the author gives the criteria correlations between oil temperature and the physical guanlity of such affected factors as to, t∞, a, U, λ, a, r etc, after shut-down.Backed up by the actual cases of shut-down, he makes out a set of temperature reduction law diagrams for engineering application .更多还原
