【摘要】 本文介绍了四苯硼酸——黄连素——石墨涂膜电极的制作和应用。实验结果证明电极性能对黄连素在10^-3M～10^-6M浓度范围内符合Nernst方程,用电位滴定法和标准加入稀释法对黄连素粉剂、黄连素片剂及试剂硫酸黄连素等各种样品的定量测定比用药典法更简便、快速与准确,并且干扰因素较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the preparation and Application of berberine-tetraphenylborate-graphite selective electrode. The experimental results of the performance of this electrode are in accord with Nernst equation and the quantitative determinations of berberine, berberine tablet and berberine sulfate by potentiometric titration and standard addition dilution methods have many advantages, compared to gravimetric method used by Chinese pharmacopoeia method, such as simple, rapid, accurate and less interference.更多还原
