计算机模式识别法研究多种癌症微量元素谱
The Study of Trace Elements Pedigree of Cancers with Computerized Pattern Recognition
【摘要】 在AppleⅡ微机上用模式识别法处理了癌症病人和健康人的发、血清、尿的微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd、Ni、Ca、Mg的原子吸收光谱分析数据,模式识别法的分类准确度在60%以上,在一定条件下,对癌症诊断有一定参考价值。
【Abstract】 With Pattern Recognition,we dispased the data of trace elements in hair,serum and urine of patients with various cancers and of health controls by Apple Ⅱ computer. Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Cr,Ni Cd and Pb,in hair,serum and urine were determined by absorption spectroscopy. The accuracy of classification of Pattern Recognition in our cases is more than 60%. We believe that trace elements pedigree with Computerized Pattern Recognition gives promise of diagnostic reference one certain conditions.
