【摘要】 从34株HFRS病毒中选育出的3株病毒,在乳鼠脑内的分布相同,小鼠以嗜神经症状为主,表现为后肢麻痹;3株病毒的毒力基本一致,但41D株毒力略高于A16和R63株,从16株单克隆抗体反应结果来看,3株病毒与多数克隆抗体均起反应。其中A16抗原决定簇较完全。三株病毒与不同毒株的免疫血清反应表现出抗原的一致性,交叉中和试验能产生高滴度的中和抗体并能中和病毒。故认为3株病毒均达到了制备灭活疫苗的基本条件,并用A16病毒制备了灭活疫苗。更多还原

【Abstract】 3 virus strains were screened out of 34 strains for vaccine study. The distribution of virus in brain of suckling albino mice was identical as detected by immunofluorescence.The diseased mice showed mainly neurological signs, manifested as paralysis of posterior limbs. The virulence of 3 virus strains was about the same, yet the virulence of 4ID strain was slightly higher than those of A16 strain and R63 strain. These 3 virus strains have the same infectivity titer in mouse brain and in cell cultures.They reacted with most of monoclonal antibodies. Assay of antibody titer in paired sera of 10 patients and in immune sera against various virus strains with antigens of these 3 virus strains showed same antigenicity.All these 3 virus strains could produce high titer antibodies which gave cross neutralization among them.Hence,these 3 virus strains were qualified for the preparation of inactivated vaccine.更多还原
