论液压设备可靠性设计的原则与方法

【摘要】 本文论述了液压设备可靠性研究的必要性和内容,以及可靠性的数量特征——可靠度、失效率、平均无故障工作时间、有效度等。文中着重论述了液压设备工作贮备和非工作贮备的设计原则与方法,监对各种贮备设计作了分析比较。

【Abstract】 A study concerned with the necessity and objectives of research into the reliability of the hydraulic devices, also the quantitative features of reliability-reliableness, fault frequency, MTBF, availability, etc. is discussed in this article. In its article, stress is placed on the principle and method of designing the working reserve and nonworking reserve of hydraulic devices. Comparisons and studies of various reserve designs are also provided.
