菱镁矿轻烧、研磨、煅烧后颗粒形貌观察
A MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE GRANULIZED MAGNESITE AFTER SOFT-FIRING, GRINDING AND CALCINATION
【摘要】 山东掖县浮选高纯菱镁矿比同级海城菱镁矿易烧结的原因是多方面的。本文在过去研究的基础上,进一步研究了菱镁矿晶粒形貌,海城与掖县菱镁矿的易碎性及破碎后颗粒形貌比较;菱镁矿经轻烧细磨处理后颗粒形貌观察;压制后的坯样及煅烧后的试样中颗粒形貌观察。通过研完,进一步证实了菱镁矿在煅烧过程中,仍残留有不同程度假象,初步了解它的存在及程度,与母盐的生成条件、结晶大小、晶粒形状及结构的稳定性有关。存在的程度不同,对轻烧料的压密性、烧结性的不利影响程度也不同。这是海城浮选高纯菱镁矿难烧结的原因之一。为此,要降低其烧结温度,采取轻烧细磨工艺是有效的。
【Abstract】 The reason why highly purified magnesite through flotation of the ore from Yiexian, Shandong is easier to sinter than that of the same ore grade from I-!aicheng, Liaoning is manysided. To further their previos studies as regards such a problem, the authors make a study of the morphology of the granular particles of magnesite, a comparison of the susceptibility to comminution and the granular morphology after comminution between the magnesite ore from both counties, a morphological study of soft-fired and fine-ground magnesite, together with a study of the morphology of the granules in green and burnt brick samples. Thereby further evidence of the presence of certain residual pseudomorphoses of magnesite in the process of calcination. The extent of pseudomorphosis is found, roughly related to the genetic condition, grain size, grain shape and the structural stability of the parent ore. The undesirable effect on the compactness & sintering behaviour of the soft-fired green sample varies with the extent to which the pseudomorphosis is significant.This is one of the factors which cause the difficulty in sintering the highly purified flotationbeneficiated magnesite from the Haicheng ore. As a measure to achieve a better sintering effect on this material, the process in which the soft-fired material subjected to a subsequent grinding seems effective
