【Abstract】 The impedance rheopneumography was used in a contrast study of the right ventricular function of 75 juvenile athletes and 30 ordinary students. Results showed that the Hs and Cdz/dt max of the athletes group were evidently higher than those of the ordinary students group, the Q-b time of the former group was less than that of the latter, and the ratio of Q-b/b-Y of the former was also smaller. The results show that after systematic physical training the right ventricular function of the athletes can be improved. We also found that the Hs of the track and field athletes was remarkably higher than that of the swimming athletes, This might be related to the fact that the load of the right ventricle for swimming was heavier than that for athletics. Thus we consider: it is our believe that the impedance rheopneumography is an atraumatic, simple and easy method to evaluate the right ventricular function of the athletes.更多还原
