【Abstract】 This article reports a comparative study on the salivary chromosomes and isozyme-patterns of LDH, MDH and esterases. The sex chromosome and 4 free ends (2R, 2L, 3E, and 3L) were compared and no difference was found. The isozyme-patterns of LDH, MDH and esterases were also essentially identical. Therefore, the A. sinensis found in these two districts seem to belong to the same species.更多还原
