【Abstract】 An indirect immunoenzymatic histochemical method with horse radish peroxidase-labelled staphylococcus protein A (HRP-SPA) was used to determinate the special EHF-antibody in the serum of 100 patients with EHF, 54 non-EHF patients and 31 normal individuals. The results showed that the method with HRP-SPA is equivalent to the indirect immunofluorescence method (IF) in sensitivity and specificity. Since the indirect immunoenzymatic histochemical method with HRP-SPA is simple and easy, the anthors recommend it as a new method for the diagnosis of EHF.更多还原
