【Abstract】 A study of some dusts on fibrogenic effect was made, corundum, corundumquartz mixtures (containing 5% quartz), quartz and saline control Were administrated intratraeheally. Each rat of the group received dose of 50 mg dust respectively. All rats were killed at intervals of 1, 3, 6, 12 and 18 months after administration.It was found that rats of quartz group produced more fibrosis and also produced marked increase of the wet weight and dry weight and the collagen content of lung. Rats of corundum group were mild fibrosis The fibrosis of rat lung due to mixtures was milder than that in corundum group.更多还原
