【Abstract】 A Hemoglobin variant with the same electrophoretic mobility of HbG found by micro-electrophoresis(pH8.6). The propositus was a healthy female of Henan province. Her father carried the hemoglobin variant, All of the carriers were heterozygotes. Propositus showed no destinct manifestation of signs and clinical symptoms, Chemical structural analysis indicated that glutamie acid at β22 was replaced by glycine. This Hemoglobin variant is HbG-Taipei β22(B4)Glu-Gly.更多还原
