【摘要】 本文对临床诊断为 Kawasaki 综合征两例的皮疹活检做了光镜和电镜观察,结果发现真皮乳头层明显水肿,皮肤毛细血管受损,管周有明显的单核细胞浸润,纤维结缔组织发生明显肿胀和变性,于其中一例的超薄切片中,电镜下发现一种特殊的螺旋状小体,这一发现为今后进行病因学研究,提供一个线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Skin lesions of two casses of clinically diagnosed Kawasaki synbrome were studied by both light and electron microscopy,the capillararies in dermas were found infiltrated with monocytes,papillae corry showed evident edematous changes,the filamentous connective tissue underwent remarkable swelling and degenerating. A piculiar spirachete—like body was visualized in thin section of one the two cases,Whish might serve as a clew for Further etiological studies.更多还原
