稀土-硅-硫三元体系中的新化合物RE6Si10/13S14(RE=Y,Gd)
A NEW TYPE TERNARY COMPOUND RE6Si10/3S14(RE=Y, Gd)
【摘要】 <正> 在稀土-硅-硫三元体系的研究中,J. Flahaut和A. Michelet等[1~3]曾报道了三种类型化合物,即RE2Si205S5(RE=La至Nd),RE4Si3S12(RE=Ce至Gd);RE6Si2.5S14(RE=Gd,Tb,Dy,Y)。我们在此体系的研究中,除获得上述三种化合物外,发现了第四种类型的新化合物RE6Si10/3S14(RE=Y与Gd)。 实验所用原料稀土金属屑(纯度99.99%)、硅粉(纯度99.99%)和硫磺粉(纯度99.99%)均为日本稀有金属株式会社产品,稀土金属使用前先用石油醚和丙酮洗净。由
【Abstract】 During a study of RE-Si-S ternary system (RE=Y, Gd) by the double evacuated silica tube method, we found that a new type compound RE6Si10/3S14 was for med at 1200℃. The single crystal of Y6Si10/3S14 and Gd6Si10/3S14 are black hexagonal prisms, space group P63, Z=1. The structure was refined to a R-factor of 0.052, based on 727 observed reflections measured on an automatic four-circle diffractometer of type RU-200. They have Ce6Al10/3S14 type structure. Lattice parameters:(1) Y6Si10/3S14 a=9.756(2), c=5.659(2)(?); (2)Gd6Si10/3S14 a=9.852(1), c=5.652(4)(?).
